Delete your Fartulex account

Fartulex is published by EPREYN. You can delete your account and its data at any time, whether it is linked to Apple or Google or still a guest cellar.

From the app

1. Tap your avatar at the top left, then the settings wheel.
2. In Account, tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with Delete permanently.

Without the app

Write to contact@epreyn.com with the subject “Delete my Fartulex account” and your artist name. If you can, send it from the email address of the Apple or Google account your cellar is linked to, so we can check it’s yours. We confirm by email once it’s done.

What is deleted

Within 30 days, backups included: your profile (artist name, country, photo), your linked email and sign-in identifiers, your recordings, your collection, credits and progress, your trades, auctions and messages.

What is kept

• Purchase records (product, date, transaction identifier), as long as accounting law requires.
• Copies of your graded cuvées that other players already own, in their binders, without your name or photo.
